The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean with fresh towels every day. The location allows quick access to beach and provide towels, chairs and umbrella. Location is win close to Publix for things for the room and walking distance to restaurants by the beach.

First point about this place is its great location! It is a short walk across the street and through a small park to a wide, beautiful, sandy beach. In another direction, it is a couple of blocks to Commercial Street where there are lots of good restaurants, bars and shops.
This property is older and shows its age a bit, but it has been updated and is really clean and comfortable. We were in room 25 on the second floor, which is a one bedroom unit and has a lovely ocean view. There is a full, well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a very comfortable bed in the separate, spacious bedroom. The air conditioning works very well to keep the unit comfortable. Shower and towels were more than sufficient.
If there are any complaints, they are minor. Walls and windows are not insulated, so sound really carries. The others guests while we were there were very quiet after 10pm. The other minor complaint is that the really pretty lights around the pool at night seemed to shine right in our bedroom! That just meant we didn’t need a nightlight!
The pool is clean and sparkling. It’s not large, but perfect for a refreshing dip. It was not warm when we first arrived, but the thermostat was turned up and the temperature became very comfortable. There are lots of chairs around the pool, and the office will provide beach towels. There are also chairs available at the office to take to the beach.

Just got back from another great trip and stay at Coral Key Inn. We stayed in a one bedroom/ one bath with kitchen and living area. Loved it!! My husband and I are in our 40's and we like to stay in the B units that sit behind the main resort even though the front resort has a beautiful view of the ocean!!
Dora and her team go above and beyond to make your stay excellent!! They are like old friends now! Warm and welcoming they pay attention to detail and everything is maintained to great standards. Housekeeping is impeccable!
The resort is a short walk to many amenities... including the beach, grocery store and the many restuarants in LBTS.
We will definitely be returning next year to visit our friends at the Coral Key Inn. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation Dora! See you 2021!!

Pro: Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the beach, 500m from a Publix. Free parking. The room had almost all facilities, oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave, crockery and cutlery for 4 people. You could obtain 2 beach chairs and 2 beach towels at the reception with a deposit of USD 50, cash or Mastercard. You will get it back when you return. Small-scale and peaceful complex. Great staff.
Con: Hygiene could be better. The rooms need a little TLC. The "closet bed" had a firm mattress. No safe in the room. Noisy air conditioner. The reception is opened between 9 am and 5pm. Good to know!

I rented a studio apt room September 1st, 2020 on a month to month rental agreement for $1400.00 per month. I was three days late for November rent, waiting on a deposit to post. The maintenance manger BiBi changed my locks on the door while I was gone. Prior to that I spoke to the manager and she gave me time. BiBi was very rude, nasty and violated the CDC order I gave the office, Failing to give me proper notice, violation for changing the lock under the CDC order. My agreement is Residential purposes. BiBi has a very poor attitude, and used foul language to the other guests. She simply violated the CDC order.

I highly recommend Coral Key Inn! Dora is such a sweetheart! She made us feel very comfortable and was extremely helpful! She knew it was my birthday and had balloons tied onto the chair outside of our room! Paty who cleans your room is also so sweet. Very accommodating and friendly staff! The heated pool was one of my partner's favorite things there! There's a great patio area around the pool with several patio tables with umbrellas, and also has a gas grill for a BBQ. I recommend the 2nd floor as there's a great beach view and great people watching. There's a park right across the street. It's a very short walk to the area where there are restaurants, bars, shopping, beach, pier, etc. We had a lot of fun at Mulligan's where the happy hour is from 1PM to 7PM. Aruba restaurant is right there also, very good food! We enjoyed Backflip beach bar with a taco menu. The Mahi Mahi tacos are amazing. It's at Plunge resort and right on the beach! Only about a block North on the beach. There's a CVS, Publix, and other shops in a strip mall only a couple blocks away. There are washers and dryers on site. A hint is to bring some laundry packets. The washing machine takes $2. The dryer is free. We loved the place and the area, will definitely stay again! Thank you for a GREAT stay!!!

We stayed here for 4 nights after a cruise. The location is amazing, just steps away from the beach and all the amenities of the adorable village of Lauderdale by the Sea. The room was basic, but very clean. The staff was kind and attentive. Just a suggestion to include a broom in the room since the eating area could get messy with kids. The pool was lovely and warm enough to swim anytime. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Refresh for this hotel was very well done. The exterior is painted and the rooms seem much cleaner. Coffee filters and coffee were provided and the refrigerator had ice cube trays. The living area was comfortable as well as the beds. The large walk in closet was great for hanging wet swim suits and towels. The pool area was enjoyable and much cleaner than the last time we stayed here. Highly recommend. Good value.

This is an older place but squeaky clean and very nice. Bibi the office manager went above and beyond for us when we arrived early from a cruise, storing our luggage and expediting ready for us well before check in time and then assisting us in moving the luggage. When I thanked her, she said, “Oh, I’m just in a good mood today.” But I think she’s just one of those people for whom helping others comes naturally.
