I just spent five nights at this hotel and was very pleased in almost all respects. I had originally booked using some of my points and had booked a standard room. I called the hotel the day before my arrival to ask if I could be upgraded to a balcony courtyard king room ........Alex was glad to do this and his kindness was appreciated. I did make a point to meet him the day after my check in and he was very professional and seemed to enjoy his position very much. A real asset to the hotel.

Only minor issue for me was I had ask for my towels to be changed and the trash cans emptied and this was not done but I was able to pick up some clean towels at the front desk and was given some trash can liners and told to just put the trash outside my door (which was picked up very promptly). This other issue was a MAJOR disturbance that happened in the early hours of Dec. 28 with some very very loud guest (kids and many adults) that disturbed a lot of other guest. I know you can not totally control the actions of others but I will say that this event was handled fairly quickly which was appreciated.

My compliments to the lady in the bistro for working with such a pleasant attitude on Christmas Day and if you get a chance, do try her Broccoli-Cheese soup ........it is super yummy.

Would I stay here again, most definitely.

What first became just a one off scenarios where the hotel you really wanted to go to was not available so you have to settle for whatever’s available . That all changed when I came to this particular courtyard hotel. Even though this hotel don’t look as extravagant as a cat 5 hotel (if your a bonvoy member you’ll understand the difference) their values and customer service just makes you want to come back for more and more … an addiction you might want to say. It’s because of the employees such as Alex , Jordan, Lina and Hector, they all need a raise !! . I went from booking this place as a one time stay to me being there every other week (yes every other week even 3-4 days out the week at most… long story) I should just invest in Marriott stocks at this point lol. I can promise you I can walk into the lobby and I’m greeted with my name at default without it coming out of my mouth. I love that about this place. It’s like I come there so much they can forecast to know when I’m coming and unlike any other hotels where they claim they treat their guest as family, these guys treat me like I would as if I live with them and that’s what keeps bringing me back. Even though housekeeping can be an issue here and there, it can’t compete how great the customer service is and that’s what gets me stuck by this hotel. Each employee knows me and my Wife preference so much that I don’t need to tell them what I need and they supply it right away. I just hope to see each of them as long as I live because you really can’t get this customer service anywhere unless you spend an arm and leg lol.

I was pleasantly surprised -- this is not your standard Marriott Courtyard! The location cannot be beat, and there was ample parking. The service was top-notch, and we had a productive and successful meeting. Thank you to their Director of Sales Maureen for taking such great care of us!
