What first became just a one off scenarios where the hotel you really wanted to go to was not available so you have to settle for whatever’s available . That all changed when I came to this particular courtyard hotel. Even though this hotel don’t look as extravagant as a cat 5 hotel (if your a bonvoy member you’ll understand the difference) their values and customer service just makes you want to come back for more and more … an addiction you might want to say. It’s because of the employees such as Alex , Jordan, Lina and Hector, they all need a raise !! . I went from booking this place as a one time stay to me being there every other week (yes every other week even 3-4 days out the week at most… long story) I should just invest in Marriott stocks at this point lol. I can promise you I can walk into the lobby and I’m greeted with my name at default without it coming out of my mouth. I love that about this place. It’s like I come there so much they can forecast to know when I’m coming and unlike any other hotels where they claim they treat their guest as family, these guys treat me like I would as if I live with them and that’s what keeps bringing me back. Even though housekeeping can be an issue here and there, it can’t compete how great the customer service is and that’s what gets me stuck by this hotel. Each employee knows me and my Wife preference so much that I don’t need to tell them what I need and they supply it right away. I just hope to see each of them as long as I live because you really can’t get this customer service anywhere unless you spend an arm and leg lol.

I have stayed at this hotel as part of the Covid 19 response for nearly 5 months. The management and staff have been very responsive to the safety of the guests, accomidating to a host of our needs and always friendly and professional. The location is convenient to everything one might need when traveling and if I find myself in this area again and in need of a hotel, I would not hesitate to stay here again. I am a veteran of hospitality with years of experience working in high end hotels and restaurants. The moment I walked in the door not only was the place very clean but its Covid policies were very comforting. Guests are required to wear a mask in all common areas and I felt immediately comfortable The property is extremely clean and well kept from the lobby to the elevators to the grounds. Alex at the front desk was professional and welcoming. He welcomed gave me tips on some local parks that he thought would remind me of Georgia. Such personalized and thoughtful suggestions. He also told me appropriate parks to go and walk my dog and guided me to restaurants. When I came to the bar looking for food, Bidex was attending and cordially offered up the most delicious hot wings I’ve had in a long time. And a nice batch of fries. He was extremely cool. Such a group of good people in this hotel. Victoria also was a pleasure to Speak to you at the front desk the following morning. She made me not wanna check out, I’m very grateful that I chose this hotel and will be back for sure I recommended to everyone and the management should know that they got a great team here.

Stayed here for one night. The staff was friendly and the lobby is large and seemed clean. One thing we do love about Courtyards are the Paul Mitchell shower amenities which are awesome!
Sadly, we were not impressed with our room. The room smelled like a musty smoke smell upon entering. The rooms are renovated but shortcuts were made which take away from the renovation (i.e. the doors look like the original doors of the hotel. They look like a laminate counter top). There is an odd parking fee of $5.35 per night when the hotel is not even a resort or in a downtown location. They post about smoking not being allowed but our hallway smelled heavily of pot. Thankfully the pot smell stayed out of our room.
It’ll do the job for one night but we won’t likely return.

I just spent five nights at this hotel and was very pleased in almost all respects. I had originally booked using some of my points and had booked a standard room. I called the hotel the day before my arrival to ask if I could be upgraded to a balcony courtyard king room ........Alex was glad to do this and his kindness was appreciated. I did make a point to meet him the day after my check in and he was very professional and seemed to enjoy his position very much. A real asset to the hotel.
Only minor issue for me was I had ask for my towels to be changed and the trash cans emptied and this was not done but I was able to pick up some clean towels at the front desk and was given some trash can liners and told to just put the trash outside my door (which was picked up very promptly). This other issue was a MAJOR disturbance that happened in the early hours of Dec. 28 with some very very loud guest (kids and many adults) that disturbed a lot of other guest. I know you can not totally control the actions of others but I will say that this event was handled fairly quickly which was appreciated.
My compliments to the lady in the bistro for working with such a pleasant attitude on Christmas Day and if you get a chance, do try her Broccoli-Cheese soup ........it is super yummy.

Three big issues here, and I can't get a manager from this property to call me back. So that is actually FOUR. 1) When I checked in, unbeknownst to me, they charged a full night deposit to my Amex. This was not asked for nor was it approved by me at any time. I was told there would be a $20 deposit. They charged both deposits ($20 pus full night charge) This is completely unacceptable. 2) I was charged $10.70 for a Restaurant Charge - I did not go anywhere near the restaurant, nor did I charge anything at the restaurant. This is also unacceptable. 3) This property is EXTRMELY dirty. My room condition was completely unacceptable. Floor clearly not vacumed, toilet not clean, shower not clean, bathroom mirror filthy. I could go on and on about the poor condition of the room. I would never consider staying at this property again. I need a response from the Marriott corporate staff on this one. I've been a long time loyal member - Titanium Elite for Life. This property and their actions are not even close to any Marriott standard.

Very friendly and professional service. All of the staff from the manager to housekeeping were very accommodating. The executive airport that’s adjacent to the property is a private airstrip and we barely noticed it there (not noisy - my wife is a very light sleeper, but has no issues). The room (222) was clean and our courtyard view (included) was my wife’s favorite. The gym was rather spacious and included a universal machine and a rack of dumbbells. The pool was rectangle, clean, and heated to a comfortably cool temperature (No hot tub). Our checkout day, Wanya was particularly helpful, including adjusting our checkout time to accommodate the end of our conference (the fact that it was Wednesday probably helped). We are Titanium Bonvoy, so no strangers to Courtyards by Marriott - this one was particularly nice in our opinion.

Our church (Encouraging Fellowship Gathering or @efg_church) has had the privilege of hosting events, including our Sunday worship services, at this Courtyard location for quite some time and there hasn't been a better place to do business with then them. Their professionalism and customer service is what keeps us coming back. The director from sales, Maureen Sallustio, has always been so attentive to our needs and requests; making you feel as if you were family. They are always available when we need something. The property it self is extremely clean, very well taken care of. We truly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay or to use their facilities for business purposes.

We stayed for two nights in June 2022. Requested notification on app when room was ready; no notification. We checked in and went to hang clothes in the closet. Closet reeked from a Damp Rid; could not use the closet. Room view overlooking AC units for Gold Elite status member. Went to dinner and returned the first night to the entire floor smelling of marijuana; this is supposed to be smoke free property? The next morning the hall stench was cleaned up. No breakfast was available; they stated no one showed up. Are there not backups? The second night after returning from dinner, again the marijuana smell all through the hall. Requested late check out for 4:00 and was told that was placed in the computer. The next day, double checked and was told the check out was 2:00 and there were no notes regarding a 4:00 checkout. Outside garbage cans were not emptied and were overflowing. Went to get a bottle of water to charge to the room. I was told I had reached my limit to charge to the room. We charged nothing to the room at all and then being told I had reached my room charge limit over a bottle of water? We went to the pool. The pool both days had leaves in it and did not look like it had been cleaned either day. The second day, there were only two pool towels available. This property is poorly managed and staffed by inattentive persons. I will never go back here and due to this experience, I doubt I’ll ever stay at Courtyard property again.

We reserved two rooms 7 and a half weeks ahead of our stay, and we received a confirmation from Marriott. On our arrival (mid-evening after a 5 hour drive), they refused to honor our confirmed reservation, and directed us to another Marriott property a half hour away. I was deeply disappointed by the repeated corporate platitudes offered as weak justification by the front desk agent. The manager was on site but did not appear. I find all this to be unacceptable.
In Marriott's defense, the manager had emailed (but not texted, nor did they call) about this change not long after we started our 5 hour drive (the manager's email was much more apologetic and professional than the front desk's unsympathetic stonewalling). Since, like you, I don't read email while I'm behind the wheel, this did not come to my attention before we arrived at the hotel. I'm frankly surprised that they didn't do more to contact us.
Marriott did do the right thing as far as billing: they refunded every penny we'd paid for the rooms we didn't get to use, and they absorbed the cost of our stay at the other property.
Hey Marriott, your fee policies already guarantee that you get paid in full for a confirmed reservation if I don't show up, so why overbook? You'd have made more money if you had just held our rooms for us, whether we arrived or not! As it is, you got someone else to pay for the rooms, but you had to pay for our rooms elsewhere. Unless you got double the rate we paid for our rooms, you lost money on this deal.
