- Matt RLawrence, KS5 contributionsWhat a great experience. Captain Ross and Captain Jennifer were great. So friendly. Their knowledge of the area was extremely entertaining. They were warm and friendly and went around and talked to every passenger on the boat. - Gina M1 contributionCaptain Tyrone was amazing!! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We loved the airboat ride - it was exciting to explore the Everglades and we were lucky enough to see an alligator swim right by the boat. We really enjoyed the show afterward as well, learned a lot about alligators and their rescue. Most people who worked there were friendly. The only downside was when I called beforehand to confirm hours of operation and timing (as instructed by TripAdvisor), Tammy was rude - I get that she has likely answered those same questions many times, but I was polite and following directions, she could have been polite as well. While that was an initial turn off (had I not already bought tickets I would have looked for another tour), I’m glad that we still went. They are always so gracious and kind. They do everything to make sure every passenger has the most enjoyable experience. The show was cool, but it could have been longer. I wish they would bring back the alligator and the gator wrestler. - Charles I1 contributionThe trip started a-little rough we were a few minutes late to the pickup location and not contacted by the tour guide when they left. We would have told him that we were paying for parking and would be there shortly. I did not have time to contact your office until we arrived at the meeting place. Your office provided us with the address of a hotel we could meet the bus at in Miami. - Melissa1 contributionMy family and I had an amazing time! I went with my husband and our nieces and nephews who are all under 12 years old. I knew we picked the right charter from the very start. Bobby, one the mates, was especially great with the kids and very patient with me! I was probably the least experienced person on the charter. We caught a good number of fish and got some instagram-worthy pictures! The time in the air was awesome and we got a great view of the ocean then got dipped into the ocean at the end which was really fun.
