We were very disappointed with our stay here. Upon arrival you were met with a camera door bell and the key was in a lock box. The only time we saw the owner was when the toilet blocked they said not to flush paper as the drains are sensitive to put used toilet paper in the bin beside the toilet which is a health hazard to guests and their staff.
Love this place. This was our third visit. Excellent location, clean, plenty of room, friendly staff. Had some issues with a different hotel in Pompano and called Soleado to see if they could accommodate my husband and I at the last minute. They were so nice, owner called me back personally on her cell phone and luckily had a room ready for me due to a last minute cancellation from another guest. I will never stay anywhere else again when I’m visiting that part of florida. Planning a two week vacation there agowith family in 2024! Can’t wait!
Let’s started by saying the hotel got an excellent location, is near to restaurants, coffee shops, etc, the kitchen is equipped, have elements to go to the beach.
visitors and music are not allowed, careful with Mrs. Silvia, she is rude, she thinks she runs a correction institution, not a hotel.
in this place there is no entertainment and you are no allowed to entertainment your self either.
I paid for a corner apartment and they gave a regular room.
It’s not allowed to leave the car in the parking lot after you check out.
Every summer I rent at Las Olas and I never got problems but here the management Andres y Silvia super rude and not professional.
I spent a week here over the holidays, with family nearby. It was perfect for my stay. I booked originally via VRBO, booking was CANCELLED by VRBO one week prior to arrival, but I called the # directly and they still had my reservation on their calendar. A full one-bedroom, with a living room, full kitchen with full fridge and plenty of cookware (including microwave and 2-burner stove), relatively new bathroom with very large shower, the AC worked all the time, bed was comfortable, plenty of closet space and drawer space. Just 2 blocks from the beach, it included 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and 4 beach towels. The pool area gets sun almost all day so that's a good option if the beach is too windy. It was a little run-down, the bathroom definitely needs more storage space and the in-room safe didn't work, but it was immaculate, and for a long visit this was definitely great. Close to great shopping, restaurants etc. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel experience you should look elsewhere. but this one fit my visit perfectly.
