Our stay was for only 1 night , but we were treated with excellent service from the front desk midnight person to the young lady who worked the day shift.Our rooms were tidy clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental, which was standard and perfect as we were going on a cruise. Late arrival which was processed promptly, just wish the restaurants across the street would have been open pass 10:30 All in all recommend this establishment( I need to take names to pass on their great service)

On January 1st we had a late start but Lynette and Uallerine and the morning crew went above and beyond to accommodate our request to have breakfast. The kids had a blast. Thanks for giving us a great start to a new year. Bless you and thanks for sharing your kindness

We had a pretty bad experience at this hotel. Our room was infested with Ghost Ants. And I don’t mean just a few of them in the room… they were crawling all over the fridge, everywhere in the bathroom, near our bed on the nightstands, counters, EVERYWHERE.
The concierge was less than helpful, letting us know that they had no other available rooms and there isn’t much they could do for us but spray for bugs. They then proceeded to spray our room with Raid (harsh chemicals) and there’s no way to vent the room. The person spraying it even wore a mask but we were expected to stay and sleep in the room with the chemicals. This is all after we checked in at 11:30pm after driving 11 hours. It was a disgustingly horrible experience and I do not recommend this hotel.
They gave us a whopping $50 off of our room that wasn’t cheap to begin with. Very unhappy with the customer service!
