Convenience!

Reviewed Feb 2, 2016
I love staying here primarily because it has its own spa! Great after 2 days working in Baguio. Then you go down and have your dinner, then your spacious room. All in one place.
However, it is far from the center town. That would be your main concern. But if you are not in a hurry and love the added silence, then this is good for your vacation in the city of pines.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. They are cheap for only 1500 a night. Big rooms, and beds. The hallways are dark and musty, they have terrible air-fresheners. The rooms need renovation, old tv and fridge. The shower glass is falling apart. Terrible service with breakfast, they served our breakfast to the wrong guests.

The hotel denied me of my full PWD discount because, as the receptionist said, they were just obeying their hotel regulations.

It is extremely disappointing that institutions such as this still exist in the Philippines.

The location is far from the city proper. It is very hard to get a taxi or even ride a jeepney. I usually spend 45 minutes to 1 hour just waiting for a ride. Grabtaxi don't help at all, that's how problematic the location is. Also the exhaust fan in the toilet allows the cold to enter the room when left open. The blankets are thin and the telephone is not working. The food is average. They also have no in-room wifi. The only good thing about it is they have huge rooms.

I booked this hotel via asia travel since most of the hotels in Baguio were fully booked in line with their festival. Wrong move. Asia travel rate is higher compared to the rate at the hotel. Rated as 3 star hotel but it looks just like a budget hotel. I wasn't able to find their gym or the sort of entertainment area (but clearly their staff told us it's on the 2nd floor. And it's nowhere to be found). Complimentary breakfast for a room occupied by 2 persons is 1 voucher only. However, the room is really spacious that it looks so empty and sad. Wi-fi connection is crappy. Anyhow, thank you for their receptionists as they are helpful in answering our queries.
