We got the room with two doubles and a kitchenette.
Likes:
- spacious room to move around in and for your stuff
- priced fairly for its location near downtown and its class level
- clean, no odors
- comfy bed, linen and pillows
- professional and responsive front staff
- sofas outside the room
- relatively quiet even though at a busy intersection due to a hall space separating the room and the facade
- nothing fancy but decent breakfast choices

Dislikes:
- not enough parking for guests and a bit tight as very near busy road
- walking out of the hotel entails crossing the said very busy & fast intersection
- quite a walk to downtown but in fairness there's a sidewalk all the way
- water temperature in the bathroom not well regulated
- no rack or towel bars in the bathroom

Overall a good choice if one doesn't mind the above downsides and looking for a restful stay

I had a great stay in the hotel, staffs were very welcoming, the room is clean and is beyond what I've expected. Overall experience is really good. However, there iks no hot shower available in my room which is really a great concern to me (low tolerance with cold water) and furthermore, the WiFi connection is not working at my hotel room even in the hallway. I hope this would be addressed also to the hotel management for improvement and consideration. Thank you!

Very nice view of the city especially at night. Nice to stay there for the festival cos the whole parade is available to see really nice. Location is good easy access to all transportation and Burnham Park. Price is good for the budget ,clean and excellent staff . Rooms are clean but the double bed room will need at least a table and chair instead of sleeping all the time. Free daily news paper, wifi and also a Convinience store beside for all your needs. Will stay again
