Budget friendly. 10 mins walk from Burnham park.
We arrived 10 am and we’re ask to wait atleast 12pm to be checked in early or else we need to pay for early check in. Indeed, We are grateful for this gesture. Breakfast delivery is instant.

Only thing is our request for twin beds was not given even though you ask for this when you book it online. The next category room is available with twin beds but you need to pay extra 1000php. Hope that as a special case we were given the twin bed although it’s fine also I commend the reception team for being professional and polite. Room is fine, need more attention on the upkeep of the room, needs more thorough cleaning in some parts of the room.

I write this review with sincerity. I recently asked for a refund from Azalea Residences due to FIlthy disgusting conditions, noise till midnight in the event center and lack of internet. Not to mention that the staff is totally incompetent and liars. They even had to post date a check because they did not have 543.00 in peso in the till to pay me.

I transfered to Hotel Cosmopolitan and was so pleasantly surprised. This Hotel is less than half the price and it is CLEAN, Has great wifi and good breakfast. Yes it is a bit out of the way and doesn't have the curb appeal that Azalea has but it is 10000 % better and I would recommend this over Azalea any day. Friendly helpful staff complete the picture and the rooms are fine. Save your money and stay at Hotel Cosmopolitan you will be very happy

We transferred to Hotel Cosmopolitan for our second night in the city since i was queasy with the security in our first hotel.

The location is good. Easy enough to find even if you dont know your way around baguio. Also near key places in the city like burnham park and the public market. Parking is also ok although slots are for double park. It wasnt a problem for us though since we just left the car in the lot and took a cab around the city. There is 7-11 at the hotel's ground floor. Very convenient.

Staff were very friendly. They actually make attempts at small talk which i really appreciate. I had to call twice just to verify that my reservation is ok (i got worried because of other reviews) but i didnt have any problems at all.

The room, like the rest of the hotel looks really nice considering their room rates. It's really good value for your money. Wifi signals are only good along the hallways which i surprisingly didnt mind thanks to the really cozy seating areas they had for each floor. I think there were 4 seating areas for ours (2nd floor).

For security freaks like me, i have good news. They use key cards for the rooms, they have dead bolts, and a door chain. Very safe even if you have door-opening toddlers with you.

The (standard) room size is just right for our family of three. Cable tv has disney jr (which is a must for my son). Windows with screen are not that big but big enough to let the cold air in so you can opt to not use the AC (room rate is higer if you use them).
The hotel is along a busy street so you'd hear some street noises at night, but it was tolerable for me. Or maybe i was just too tired. =D
Hot and cold water for both the shower and the sink, complete complimentary basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste), a couple of bath towels, and a bunch of hand towels. No bidet. It would have been fine if they had a dipper in the bathroom, but they didnt. This is actually the reason for my four-star rating.

The free breakfast is good, serving size is just right. They come with fruits. You can call the restaurant to have them bring the food to your room as early as 6am.

Overall, this is really a good place to stay. Very affordable rates for nice, clean, cozy rooms and excellent service. We will stay in this hotel again and suggest this to my friends as well. :)

The good stuff:
Check in was quick and efficient.
Parking is ample.
Location is very near the Baguio wet market and Cafe by the Ruins.
Rooms are clean with nice beddings and sheets.
Restroom was quaint but with the basic toiletries provided. There is hot and cold shower.
Value for money, considering Baguio hotel rates.
The bad stuff:
Location can get quite noisy since it is situated along a busy street.
No aircon, so expect to open the windows, thus the noise.

my friends and i went to baguio for the a long weekend, and one of them is a first-timer to the city. we didn't really have a reservation as we just went there on a whim because of another friends gig. we didn't really like the accommodations prepared by the gig host so we decided to look for a hotel that's comfortable enough. we found this hotel and they gladly accommodated our group of eleven. though this is a short ride away from session road, where all the happening happens, it's worth it. we got two rooms, and the rooms were spacious, looked clean, and smelled clean. and we got rooms with good views, too. our room had more than enough of what we needed -- flat screen tv, microwave, mini-fridge, closets with hangers, really-really comfortable beds, dresser, couches, phone, hot and cold shower, everything to make us comfortable. we just needed a place to dump our things, sleep at night, and shower, as we are out most of the time. the flat screen tv was really the treat. and since it's baguio, we totally appreciated the warm water in the shower as it weather was 16 degrees during daytime, and go figure at night. the staff were all courteous. since there were eleven of us, they really took time to help us with our bags from the time we checked in and in the same way when we checked out. for a night, each of us spent about PHP600 for all the amenities i mention. isn't it a bargain?

I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Staff are courteous, room is clean and price is fair.
Few choices on the complimentary breakfast though and it is difficult to adjust hot/cold shower.
Other than that our stay has been great.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights last November 2013 to celebrate our 6th year Anniversary. My boyfriend and I loved the location of the hotel because it was almost 1 ride ahead from the tourist spots.

In terms of staff, they are very accommodating even the guards.
One of the guards advised us to go to night market because it has lots to offer like Ukay-ukay, souvenir items and many more. He also advised us to take a walk at night because it is so presko, we just walked from our hotel to SM Baguio. (mehehe, kinda tiring but it is okay since it is cold).

In terms of food (breakfast), we loved it so much. In fact, we always gave a tip because we were very satisfied with our every meal.

The room is nice also. They upgraded our room since the room we reserved was still occupied. They also have aircon although it was off all the time but actually we did not noticed it since the room was cold enough to turn it on. The CR and TV was in good condition too.

It also has excellent signal from the wifi.

Will surely go back here! :)
