I had a great stay in the hotel, staffs were very welcoming, the room is clean and is beyond what I've expected. Overall experience is really good. However, there iks no hot shower available in my room which is really a great concern to me (low tolerance with cold water) and furthermore, the WiFi connection is not working at my hotel room even in the hallway. I hope this would be addressed also to the hotel management for improvement and consideration. Thank you!
Very nice view of the city especially at night. Nice to stay there for the festival cos the whole parade is available to see really nice. Location is good easy access to all transportation and Burnham Park. Price is good for the budget ,clean and excellent staff . Rooms are clean but the double bed room will need at least a table and chair instead of sleeping all the time. Free daily news paper, wifi and also a Convinience store beside for all your needs. Will stay again

My partner and I arrived in Baguio at 5am, we went immediately to the hotel to leave our bags and we were advised that we can already check in at 8am with no additional cost. All staffs were friendly especially front desk personnels. We were not able to ask for their names but Lisa was one of them. I really commend the employees. Our trip to baguio was super worth it and this hotel is one of the factors that made our short stay memorable. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends!
We had a great stay for 3days and 2nights.They greet guest with respect, they feel the guest welcomed and loved by the friendly staffs. The staffs greets us everytime they see us. The room that we stay in has a big window and we see the view. The room is spacious and clean, definitely value for money. Transportation is easy to find, breakfast is good. There foods is good and tasty and delicous. Although the hotel isn't that big and luxurious, its good and clean. We have a good service and we are satiesfied.
