We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice clean and spacious kitchenette room. Our own chairs and table in front of our room to relax and people watch. Vivian is a nice and friendly host who took good care of us. Great location. Only 75 feet to a ferry service. Quite in the evening, no loud music.

Those 2 are white tornado cleaning machines! Friendly, kind and helpful. Can’t do enough for the guests! Close to shopping, restaurants, snorkeling tours, ferries, etc.

Simple rooms no big fanfare, very clean and low key. Close to everything diving, water shuttles, great restaurants ,town square and beaches.
This is a super accomodation. The rooms and the outside are very clean. Th service is super friendly. The prixe is very good for what you get! Location is also very good, close to dives shops and all amunitys.
The Conch Shell Inn is a quaint little place right on the water in San Pedro. Being away from the streets it doesn't have all the noise of golf carts and cars, but it is on a working waterfront so there is the noise of the boats and related activity. Easily accessible at the foot of the dock for the Ocean Ferry service out of Belize City, and you can walk either way up and down the beach and stay off the noisy, busy streets.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, and handle any request with ease. The place is really clean and well maintained.
Be aware there is an extra charge per night for A/C, but we found the room fans did a good job of cooling the room. WiFi is good, the fridge works well, as does the shower. The lounge chairs and hammocks out front are a great place to watch the sun rise and the waterfront come alive. The people watching is always fun as well. Lots of good restaurants are easily found wandering up and down the beach from right outside your front door. Head up to the Palapa Bar for a relaxing float on a tube and waterside service from the bar.
No real amenities at the Conch Shell in, but for the price it was good value.
