From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were home. Accommodations were comfortable (great bed!), service was unbelievable – – they answered every question and did everything they could to make us comfortable, including bringing in a rollaway bed for my son so he wouldn’t have to share the pull out couch with his brother. Food was very good, Alex and Brittany at the pool bar were super friendly and accommodating-one of my kids had probably four smoothies a day. Pool itself is beautifully designed for swimming and lounging. Views are lovely, Their partnership with Tuff E Nuff made it super easy to plan excursions. Location is also great— it’s nice to be outside of town, but still have a very easy access with a golf cart.

I'm going to be real here. Sargassum made the beach unusable, the smell takes getting used to. Pool was nice, beach entry on one side but the problem is all the lights and hotter are set to timers that turn off close to 8:00 pm instead of the 9:00pm that's posted. sadly its advertised as 24 hr, but with out having light on is super unsafe, especially for children!! We were in the pool twice when they shut off and all we got was "sorry its on a timer, we will let the front desk know or the manger know." That being said no manager contacted us, I even emailed and still no reply so I went ahead and posted. We booked a room that was upstairs that had a loft, easy to sleep 8. The wound floors in the loft were uneven, and need immediate updating. The rest of the room was ok, also needing updating but we had the basics including drinking water, fridge and stove/microwave so we cooked a few times. This resort does not have a restaurant, but you can order at the pool bar to have your meals brought over from Coco Beach, their sister property. The website needs major updating as well, NO you cannot use the amenities at the other properties....had we known we would have booked and stayed at Coco Beach. Make sure you rent a golf cart because its quite ways out of town and away from most restaurants too. make the drive to secret beach because its actually nice there.

The setup of this place is very friendly to families. All the rooms are close to the central pool which is well designed and fun. My kids spent many hours in the pool, much more than other pools we have been to. The scuba and snorkel tours leave right from the pier. All of the staff are super friendly. We had a great time and would highly recommend to other families!
