Plenty of Positives about this Hotel but also plenty of Negatives i am afraid.
Good Points:
Tennis & multi sports courts were good
Gym being 24 hour was great
Food for an all inclusive was pretty decent, Mexican & Japanese restaurants were very good, Blue Moon Italian was also decent.
Pools were good although beds were being reserved from 6am onwards
Staff were excellent, Kevin on entertainment team was really nice!
Bowling alley was really good
Bad Points:
Too far away from anything and Taxi's or transfers cost a fortune
Excursions were expensive because of transfer costs
Beach was closed because of the mountain of Seaweed, (see photos)
Only a 3 star at best, never a 5 star
Towels were being put on sunbeds from 6am and beds were old & worn
No information given on hotel when booking in, all done on the App
Cold water only for half the week
No water sports available onsite and a $70 transfer to do any
