This is a great resort for families with children and adults, many restaurants and bars. The diversity of food is great, good entertainment at nights, the customer services is absolutely high level. Spacious rooms, nice air conditioner without noise, great design and relaxing colours. We were two familes for a total of 8 people and it was a great and pleasent experience. Information available everywhere, people ready to offer help and always smiling. All staff following process and procedures, they have a clear picture of rules and respond quickly to any question or request. This is a place to enjoy a great vacation. The beach is amazing and our kids have a lot of fun, the pools absolutely clean and well maintained. Kudos to the managers of the restaurants Luisa Yatar, the site manager and supervisors, you are king on this business.

I can't say enough about this glorious hotel! The grounds are beautifully kept, the entire place is spotless. Even the beach was cleaned every morning to remove the seaweed that accumulated overnight. We had a Privilege room and a lovely view of the ocean. It also had a balcony with a Jacuzzi. We didn't use it, because we spent all our time at the adult pool or on our beach. The food was amazing, too. Several restaurants on the property were all outstanding. The service was amazing, too. I wish I had saved the names of everyone who took special care of us, but as we left Gabriel, our bell boy gave me his card. He was an angel for sure! Miguel Arroyo at Guest Services went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our driver could come back and get us as we were departing. I accidentally left a sun shirt on the van coming back from snorkeling, and the BD employee came to work early to give it to me before I left. It was a tight timing situation, but it all worked out. Miguel said to think positively and it worked! Luis was our very attentive butler. Vickie was my massage therapist, and she gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. Ivan and Edgar were super friendly, too. I wish I could give the name of everybody, but there were just to many wonderful employees. Thanks to you ALL! The serenity of being somewhere we felt safe, away from the COVID virus, while the rest of the world went crazy was fabulous.

We came to have an amazing dinner at this restaurant at the resort. It had a beautiful set up outside in front of the Pool. The food was amazing and the service was even better! We were helped by the capitán of the restaurant, Zuriel and our waiter was Ismael. Ismael had such a great attitude and was super professional. The service is always as important as the food and these two have definitely accomplished that!
