Paid extra for an ocean view, this is what it looked like. Staff accommodated is by changing rooms after the first night so that’s good.
Wanted to bring back food from the buffet to my sick daughter but I had to argue with the people...
Then my son lost his key card. They said we signed the agreement that a replacement cost 5$ !!!
Not a bad resort but would I pay another 6-7K USD for 6 nights for two rooms for 4 people and then get charged for a lost key card ? Or wait for towels at the pool because they have run out, two days in a row ?
Kind of expected a little better but hey. Live and learn...
Some great staff (Sam ans Aracelie at reception) though.
