Check in was painful. Not enough staff on front desk to assist everyone that was waiting.
Key to room works 1/10 times.
Was told breakfast was till 930 but it was cleaned up at 900.
There were 4 hockey teams at hotel so breakfast was a disaster only one person cooking and cleaning.
Hidden Gem restaurant also short staffed even though they were fully aware the hotel was full.
Asked front desk for change for toll bridge was told we don’t do that. Customer service is lacking in this hotel. The price of the hotel should be half of what they charge. Front desk could use customer service training.
