Check in was painful. Not enough staff on front desk to assist everyone that was waiting.
Key to room works 1/10 times.
Was told breakfast was till 930 but it was cleaned up at 900.
There were 4 hockey teams at hotel so breakfast was a disaster only one person cooking and cleaning.
Hidden Gem restaurant also short staffed even though they were fully aware the hotel was full.
Asked front desk for change for toll bridge was told we don’t do that. Customer service is lacking in this hotel. The price of the hotel should be half of what they charge. Front desk could use customer service training.

I have sent emails to choice hotels about my experience and I never got a response. We stayed here for 1 night for travelparking purposes the sheets were dirty. We slept with our travel blankets. There was no personal care needs. Which sucked having us to open our very jammed bags. And last but not least someone had open our door. They must have messed up the key card codes. Do NOT RECOMMEND

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. Terrible customer service. Teanika who checked everyone in was so incredibly rude to the point that people were actively trying to avoid her on check in. She was super short, rude and had a nasty overall attitude toward every customer. The restaurant in the “hotel” - if you can even call it that as everything there was below subpar standards for cleanliness and function- was overpriced and terrible. Spent $65 for two cans of beer, a coke, garlic fingers and a salad. We were told we’d be notified when food was ready but after 45 minutes of waiting went upstairs to find it sitting behind the counter. The garlic fingers were cold and doughy and we found a hair in the salad. Staff in the restaurant had similarly unpleasant personalities and tried to charge us 3x for our food. Absolutely no sense of organization. Catching the tiny shuttle the following morning was equally hell - super overcrowded, late to arrive and chaotic with 45+ people trying to shuffle into a 14 person bus at 4 am. 0/10 - would not recommend to my worst enemy.
