Our room was well appointed, offered adequate space, and the location was surprisingly quiet despite being close to several major attractions. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was generous and offered really good variety. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Suites Viena is my home away from home in Madrid. A great place to stay, budget prices with champagne staff. Really! The staff are what make this place worth staying at. The breakfast lady is amazing as is the breakfast. My sister/traveling companion has to have gluten free and it was provided every morning with a smile. Paco at the front desk is amazing. He dispenses information, directions and friendly greetings with a smile and sincerity. The rooms are spacious and always very clean. I can't say enough. I love the kitchenette and the dining table in the rooms. The hotel is a short walk to the Park, the Temple de Debod, Plaza Espana, the metro and the hop-on-hop off. I would give Suites Viena at Plaza Espana 10 stars if I could.

A lovely hotel with lovely staff. The location is great and the people working at the hotel were friendly and helpful. If you can, ask for a room that does not face the school across the road, as the noise of kids can wake you up if you plan on sleeping in.
