It's all true: a stylish hotel in a perfect location, impeccably clean and friendly, at a very moderate price including kitchenettes when you get bored and broke eating out all the time. The breakfast buffet is excellent and great value at 7.50 Euros per person. There is paid parking as well if you are crazy enough to drive into Madrid. An excellent base for exploring the city -- highly recommended.

This hotel has suites, which means a spacious room with a small kitchenette. The location is perfect! You are very close to the centre! We walked everywhere even from the royal palace (5 minutes) to as far as the Prado (about an hour walk)! The service is excellent, they speak English well and are helpful. The breakfast is very good, with lots of choice and good coffee (but no black tea). We ate there on 4 mornings and did not get bored of it. The kitchenette only comes in handy if you want to warm something and eat in your room food that you have prepared, which is something we did (eating every meal out can be a bit pricey) The room is spacious, and the double bed is HUGE! (We want one that size here at home). The bathroom is tight, especially when the room has the space. The view is of a school on a quiet street, so nothing much. There are no extras such as a spa etc. This was a perfect place for us to visit the city from and then to rest, we slept very well. The buffet breakfast meant that we could eat more than our fill. The room is a bit barren, a picture or two on the walls might add a bit. The room was made up every day and though there was bit of wear and tear on the bathroom door, of all things, the room is very clean and comfy. All in all we enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it.

Great hotel for people or families who come to Madrid for travel purposes. The hotel is located on the border with the city center and on a side street which makes it very quiet at night. There are many bars and cafés around the hotel, as well as two supermarkets. I was particularly impressed with the level of cleanliness of the courteous reception staff and the breakfast manager. Very good breakfast. We were three people in a double room, it was crowded as it was a room for a couple that had a bed.

This was my second visit and the Hotel Suites Viena is a perfect place to visit Madrid only 10minutes or less to Gran Via , steps to Plaza España and metro station and Plaza Mayor . We stayed for 7 nights and everything was perfect . So comfortable room with all you need if you want to take a meal with microwave, electric stove, electric kettle, mini fridge etc . The bed was so comfy big windows that you can open if you want some fresh air. Nice bathroom too.
Breakfast was amazing with pastries , eggs , sausage , croissants, toast , juices and everything you need to spend a busy day visiting Madrid .
Special thanks to Ana , Paco and Adriana from Front Desk they take care of us so kind and helpful, also to Yoani “ the Cuban “ and Daniela they do everything to make you feel comfortable and also gave us lot of tips for visiting Madrid .
Thanks to all the staff always friendly and helpful.
All the hotel rooms hallways elevators were spotless.
I highly recommended Suites Viena if you’re visiting Madrid for business or leisure.

These apartments were in a really good location. We were able to access the local train which connected to the main trains, we could walk to the buses and the metro underground.
Within walking distance you had some amazing parks and the Royal Palace and cathedral. Make sure you pre book tickets for the palace including the extra kitchen tour ticket.
The temple of Debud was just round the corner where there is a fabulous atmosphere on the hill at sunset and amazing views.
If you’re happy to use your legs you can walk to the Plazas, the cable car, the 360 degree viewing station and much more.
The Bernabéu stadium was easy to get to on the metro too.
We did a 3 hour cycle tour through Get Your Guide and it was brilliant. Do this early on to get your bearings.
The apartments themselves - if you’re expecting hotel luxury these aren’t for you however if you’re a regular apartment user these were perfect. They were very large and spacious and exceptionally clean. The kitchenette and kettle/ utensils etc were spotless. The bed was huge and comfortable and the room was very quiet (we were in 408).
The shower although a little tight on space was hot and powerful. The breakfast is in the lobby and is supplied by one of the local restaurants and had all your usual continental hot and cold food with home made cakes, sausage bacon egg, fresh fruit, croissants, sandwiches, cold cheese and ham, yoghurt etc. Again not the enormous spread you would get in a hotel but all you need.
There are no views in this block so it’s just to get your head down but half the price of most hotels in the city.
If you like a nightcap or sociable drink (NOT for the youngsters or party goers) there is a small bar round the corner that does amazing food and gets really busy. It has a really busy restaurant but you have to book. No outside seating but we’ll worth dropping in for a drink and decent measures - LA CHARCA.
All the staff in the apartment were so friendly and helpful and reception is 24 hour.
Highly recommended.

Good location, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast also good selection. Room good price, but a bit basic and the kitchenette would have been really useful but hardly any kitchenware...I.e. no sharp knife (tbf they did bring one to the room when requested), nothing for the microwave, bowls shallow as plates, etc. Just not equipped really.

Very nice stay at this hotel. The room included a kitchenette, and had king size beds. Very helpful staff, and and excellent breakfast. The hotel has a parking in the the same building, and if you reserve directly with the hotel it's only 20 euros, very low for Madrid.

A comfortable room albeit it was quite basic. However it was sufficient for our needs, given that we were set to tour as much of Madrid as we could. The room was very clean and the beds made up daily. It was very quiet and the hotel was perfectly positioned for walking to the main sites in the city. The reception staff were very attentive and spoke good English. Please note that there is no bar and, in my opinion, the buffet breakfast is not worth 11 euros each.....

You can just walk in. I’m not a big breakfast fan; so, I ended having breakfast at nearby cafeterias which were much cheaper.

Take a left at the hotel exit. Less than one block you will see the Metro Station "4 Caminos" entrance near the traffic light. If you are going to the hotel by Metro (I think is Line 2, but not sure) get down on "4 Caminos" stations. That station has 3 different exits. Look for "Reina Victoria" exit (same street as the hotel address ). There are two exits to Reina Victoria street. Should be very easy.
