Great location - great hotel. The front desk clerk who welcome us was wonderful. Even mentioned to us about off street parking that would be free over the holiday weekend. Nice size room, nice bathroom, clean. Our only negative comment was you could hear the neighboring room but they were quiet at night so it was not a problem.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Madrid. Just in front of Puerta de Toledo and nearby the subway station. There is a lot of bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets a few steps away. Plaza Mayor is about 20 minutes' walk away. This hotel offers a delicious daily breakfast from 7:00 am till 11:00. Super clean rooms. A little bit small but comfortable. The staff is very professional and friendly. Always with a smile and happy to help. We enjoyed a lot the outside terrace and the lobby cafe. Surely, we will be back.

Super hotel centrally located. Good size room. Really comfortable bed with lovely pillows. Excellent extensive breakfast. Very helpful friendly staff.

My partner and I stayed for 6 nights at Puerta De Toledo hotel and are so glad that we did! Centrally located, this hotel offers everything one could wish for, ensuring a very pleasant stay. Tastefully decorated, the hotel is super clean, with a lovely buffet breakfast and very friendly & professional staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable, while the breakfast room gave a great vibe for the start of the day ... bright, practical and comfortable ... while the food was plentiful and always so fresh. The hotel's cafeteria in the foyer offers delicious coffee, drinks and snacks.
We considered this hotel more of a 4-star than a 3-star. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
The fact that there is a taxi stand just outside the hotel and that the hotel is just a few minutes' walk to the Hop On Hop Off "Puerta De Toledo" stop makes everything that much more practical.
The area is called La Latina which we believe is the part of Madrid which has most character. Plaza Mayor is only around 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, while the Basilica of St. Francis is just around 10 minutes' walk.
We wish to thank the Management and all the Staff for making our stay such a great experience ... and we will surely stay at this fantastic hotel again the next time we're in Madrid. Very much recommended.

Great location with plenty of transport links nearby. The staff were very professional & happy to help always with a smile. There are plenty of places nearby to Wine & Dine at your leisure, without having to eat a takeaway in the foyer!! Our room was very comfortable & clean with some lovely little touches. Thankyou for being so kind & helpful. We will definitely return & would highly recommend
