We spent four nights at Evenia Rocafort. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food. Our bathroom had a tub. After long days of walking it was great to soak in the tub before bed. Staff at the front desk were helpful. We had booked our trip through a travel agency and did not realize that Barcelona has a visitor tax. The tax was not covered by the travel package and so we were responsible to pay it (combination regional tourist tax and city-wide surcharge). That came to about $50 (Canadian) - 4,3 Euros per night per person. The hotel is a short walk to the Poble Sec subway stop. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend this hotel.
