We regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, such as the absence of bin liners and a balcony in the room. While our hotel design does not include balconies in order to maintain the architectural harmony, we take note of your preference. As for the bin liners, we strive for sustainability, but we understand the convenience they offer and will consider this feedback for our housekeeping procedures.
Regarding breakfast, we would like to inform you that it is not included in the room rate to provide our guests with a flexible choice, yet we offer various packages on our website that include breakfast for future stays. We are pleased, however, to learn that your overall experience was good, and we hope that the comfort of our accommodations and the dedication of our staff contributed positively to your visit to Barcelona.
