ok for that fact that a customer service experience in Cataluna is usually bad but in a hotel reception? It could do with a lot of improvement or do like myself chose another place next time, so if you expect a minimum of a good customer service i would think again.
Excellent hotel. Very clean and decent. The staff os very polite. I recommend this place to stay for couples. Great location near to every thing. Only 2 mins away from the metro and bus station and 10 mins walk from La Rambla street 😊✌️
I booked a night at this hotel 6 months in advance. During that time I was issued with a new credit card. I changed the details on my booking site immediately. Yesterday I received an an email asking me to update my credit card details. They said you have 24 hours to do so. So I checked and my new details were there. I also sent the hotel an email explaining this. The hotel cancelled my booking a few hours later. When I look now, prices have almost doubled. Do not trust this hotel, and remember a continental breakfast is 14 euros per person.
We booked well in advance direct and got a great price. It is located 20 min taxi ride from the airport. You can book taxis in advance. Very clean hotel, lift to all 5 floors. Friendly helpful reception staff who speak English. Reception is manned 24 hrs and it is a very secure hotel.
Room size good and spotlessly clean, sheets nice but mattress not that comfortable and room was very hot as aircon was not the best. Good size bathroom and toilet.
Nice little bar, a small area where they serve breakfast but reception said you can have it or go elsewhere. Went to a little cafe 2 mins walk away and it was great.
Good location for all attractions and the metro is just 2 mins away.
We would go back.
The hotel is located in the centre of Barcelona only a few minutes away of La Rambla and 1,5km from the beach. Our room was clean and had a climatization.
The only thing I have to critizise is the breakfast, which was little varied. Only toast broad, a bit cheese and a ham.
You can better buy your breakfast in one of nearby bakeries.
