Good maid service every day, friendly staff. Good conditions for cooking. Good transport accessibility to all the attractions of Barcelona. It would be good if the hotel had a compliment on the day of birth - a trifle, but nice.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and tidy and compared to central areas at very good short term rate. An apartment type of room with good views to the mountains to the north. Metro very short walk to get into city centre quickly and efficiently. Plenty of coffee shops and bistros nearby. A relaxing area to be in for a few day, Always traffic noise about but much worse in Barrio Gotic. If on a budget could not do much better.

All the benefits of an apartment in a good location. Just 5 minutes walk to the metro.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room needed updating and did not feel very welcoming. There was a lack of useful electrical sockets.

Great apartment, with a lovely terrace. From the terrace the holiday maker can enjoy views of the mystical Mt Tibidabo! The room and terrace can only be matched by the extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly staff. When we return to Barcelona will definitely return to Bonanova Appartments!

I stayed here with my 2 sons in May 2017. It is situated quite a way from the city centre but there is a Metro station 5 minutes away and lots of shops, cafes and restaurants very nearby. The reception area is very well decorated and comfortable. All the staff spoke very good english and were incredibly helpful and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean although the decor was a bit dated and not up to the same standard as the reception. The kitchen facilities consisted of a sink 2 hot plates and a fridge but no microwave which I believe would be a good additional. The fridge was stocked with a very reasonable mini-bar. The beds were comfortable and again very clean, the room was cleaned every day. The wifi was very good and included in the price of the room (very important with teenage children) I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends

I booked this place based on the good reviews I read here and on the fantastic low price for a well located Hotel. I was not happy with the bed (hard like stone) and the overall look of the room. You know how it feels when you are in a room where people put the things they don't need anymore? Here you are. Nothing fits and even the furniture looks as if it would fall down in any moment. Other than that - it was clean, Internet was ok and there was warm water and a friendly staff.
Room tip: I was in room 24 and didn't like it
