I must say that this is not a hotel you want to expose your family to. We stayed there from 10/17 to 10/21/2023 and room #15 and it was a nightmary. The room is above the restaurant and the noise stars around 5:30AM and goes until 1 to 2AM, depending on kitchen closures. Terrible & unacceptable. Issue was addressed and Manager/Director took no action.
Fantastic hotel! A short 25 minute taxi ride from the airport. 5 minute walk from the nearest train, which takes you into the city in less than 15 minutes.
A beautiful entrance to the hotel with a cosy reception area. Very welcoming and efficient staff on arrival. We stayed in a junior suite with balcony on the 4th floor and it was perfect! Very large room with French doors leading onto balcony. Very comfy bed and soft linen. Bathroom large and a great rain shower.
The hotel was extremely clean and peaceful. The housekeepers kept the room lovely and clean every day.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. We loved the fact you could watch the Chefs preparing your food. The whole team from breakfast through to dinner and drinks in the evening were very polite, friendly and do a fab job!
We used the outside garden on the last day. The sun beds are very comfy, we didn't use the honesty bar, but a great little addition.
We are already looking forward to returning to this little hidden gem. Thank you all for a wonderful stay :)

A beautiful cosy comfortable hotel. Beautiful rooms. Many really excellent restaurants within a short walk. Metro stop less than 10 minutes away. Do not hesitate to book this place great value for the offering. Can't wait to go back next year

We stayed here for two nights and what a wonderful hotel.
A calm oasis to relax in after the heat of the city.
The pool was small but perfectly adequate with the garden an extension of the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel.
For breakfast there was a great choice including food cooked to order. I can highly recommend the eggs Benedict.
The rooms were large and comfortable…we were with friends and had rooms 36, 38 and 46 all recommended.
Staff were all very friendly from the reception on arrival through to service at breakfast.
All in all a great hotel for a good price and to top it off there is a car park and electric car charging.

What a wonderful oasis away from the city with such friendly professional staff, the Manager should be very pleased with them all.
Albert on reception was very helpful, organising our tour to Sagrida and suggestions on visiting the Gothic area. All the staff were very good from housekeeping to restaurant.
The pool and garden was a peaceful area to sit and relax and just what you needed after a day sightseeing.
Such a lovely place to stay.
