We got the upgraded room, so they got us the balcony! We got everything in our room; from the toiletries to Safebox. It is indeed a Peaceful location there’s not much restaurants nearby though.
The staff are all Friendly, superb!

We stayed for 7 nights on a room-only basis. The hotel is immaculately clean: our bed was made and all the towels were replaced every day of our stay which was great. The sun deck on floor four with a salted plunge pool, a bar and free beach view towels was lovely. The hotel is off the tourist trail but within walking distance of two fantastic neighbourhoods: Gràcia for its bars, restaurants and bohemian feel and slightly more upmarket Sarrià with a lovely high-street and restaurants in the plaza. You can walk to Lesseps metro in 15 minutes which is on the green line with stops of Passeig de Gràcia (Gaudi buildings and high-end stores), Plaça Catalunya for the Ramblas, high-street stores and the Raval, Plaça Espanya for Montjuic, the Olympic village, museums and the airport bus. There are plenty of places to eat (breakfast, lunch and dinner) on the same street as the hotel, Muntaner. I highly recommend the hotel and will stay again. Moltes gracies :-)

Stayed here to suck in all of the sights of beautiful Barcelona! We arrived earlier than check in time (3 hours) but no problems at all, they allowed us to check in early. Rooms were spacious, not the best view from our room but we weren't bothered as it was just a base for us.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, maid service every day of our stay. Clean towels and bedding each day.
The pool area is lovely with a little bar.
The downstairs bar wasn't very well attended, we waited a while and had to ask for service. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful. Special mention to ALBERT who went above and beyond one evening when I had a fall. He delivered first aid and called the ambulance and calmed my daughter down who was very upset.
The only slight down side to the hotel is the location. We were happy to do lots of walking, which is a good half an hour walk into the city but transport links are great from here.
I would happily stay here again.

Nice hotel, very clean and well situated. Indoor parking but expensive. Room clean and spacious, bed comfortable. Staff very accommodating except the guy outside who forbid us to eat at the hotel table outside even if they were empty (and we were sleeping at the hotel that night)

Good location linked by the three bus stations so you can go everywhere in the city, it takes about 15-20 minutes to the center. The rooms were cleaning every day, the bed is maybe a little bit older but we sleeped well, the hotel looks pretty at all, I would only change the smell in the reception room with some pretty flower smell. That was very good at all
