first of all, sorry for all the inconveniences you could live in our hotel. It is always far from our intentions.
And also thank you for sharing your perception because it gives us the opportunity to know better the guest experience.
I can not fix the past but be sure that we will take all your suggestions in order to improve.
My colleagues try to speak with you several times to explain better the situation.
You were in a touristic trip and you arrived before, due to your personal flight.
In this case, when a passenger arrives at 5-6 in the morning, if we have a room available, although the checkin time is at 3 p.m, we offer the early checkin . But in this case it was not possible.
We had another group in house, and the checkout was at 12 p.m. so, we gave to you the room keys as soon as we could do it and with the condition terms you had on your reservation.
The checkins, we made before yours, were superior, suites and other kind of rooms, not the type your travel agency were booked for you in special.
Our recommendation when you have large flights is booking a room the day before your arrival and then you assure it is available. In fact many passengers in groups do it.
I use your note to confirm that smoking is not allowed in any common area of our hotel, we have terraces and smoking rooms reserved if someone wants to smoke. Nobody told us that there were people smoking and we did not notice because it is a serious misconduct for us and we have indicators informing about this matter in all our walls.
Referring to the AC, we have not aircon during the winter season, we have only central heating, so for this reason you could not set it on, but neither our crew. It is technically not possible.
The water in all our groups is at table but I agree with you, food and drinks are to be taken in the dining room, they cannot be taken outside. This is the rule of all our dinners. You can dinner all that you want but always inside the dining-room. I am sorry if any of our crew seemed then to be rude. This was not our intention.
I understand that you were upset with this rule but we could not differentiate from the rest of the passengers in your group who were all of a similar age (70-80 years old).
I guess for all this misunderstandings, as we told to you in the hotel, we could not met your expectations as we always pretend. I am so sad for this "poorly" perception you mentioned and I send you all my best regards.
