Beautiful rooms incorporating Gaudi architecture!

Lovely visit to Barcelona! We had wanted a hotel a little closer to various attractions in city center, however, the other Hiltons were booked. After staying at this property however, we do not regret it!We had a lovely 2 room suite, which was perfect as it provided a great space for our daughter. There were no issues with the room at all. It was very well-maintained and we truly enjoyed how helpful the staff were. Ultimately, we were happy we were not in the middle of the city but just a short cab ride to the sights we wanted to see. As a Hilton Diamond member, we were able to access the Executive Lounge which was superb! The variety of food was exceptional. Essentially it was like having tapas nightly. Also a great selection of drinks and vegetarian options. The breakfast was incredible as well! Made to order pancakes, omelettes, basically anything you desired! I highly recommend this property for traveling with kids and getting the 2 room suite. Our daughter loved it and we rested quite comfortably in our beautiful room which was decorated to match the Gaudi architecture, which is a huge detail not to be overlooked. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

too bad
Flies were hanging out on the cookies in the lounge and I was concerned about the sanitation. There was no staff in the executive lounge and I couldn't even have a drink. My impression is that it's the worst.

Meh

Needs some updating. Staff were fine but not outstanding. Lifts were awful - too small, too few and too unreliable for such a large facility. Room key would - repeatedly - stop working, necessitating more trips down those dreadful lifts to get a new key.

Needs an upgrade

The good. Bathrooms are nice and renovated. Rooms are quiet. Request for extra towels, blankets etc were responded to quickly. Workers are friendly. While not near tourist sites, hotel is near a nice mall.

The not so good. Beds are uncomfortable. Rooms are tired and need renovation. Breakfast is severely lacking. Location is far from tourist sites.

We used our Hilton points which was not prohibitive. There arent many Hilton hotels in Barcelona and this one is just ok.

Good location, a bit out of the turistic route

Good location, a bit out of the turistic route conveniently served by the metro and main public transportation.
Room was clean and recently renovated, good quality of sleep.
Savory and full breakfast buffet with great fruit. Gym just a little basic.
