The room was completely renovated, and the views to La Rambla were spectacular; I ordered room service for breakfast and it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who has to do a business trip.

Central location, spotlessly clean and our room was comfortable and modern, great walk-in shower and great view over La Rambla.
Breakfast was a wonderful selection beautifully prepared and displayed. Staff were polite and welcoming. The roof bar was a fabulous extra that was a great space to start or end our Barcelona nights.
Would definitely return and would highly recommend.

Dirty sheets
In our travels, we look for and expect different things from the hotels we stay at. But I believe that all of us expect clean sheets. Well, you won't find it here.
As we were about to go to bed and sleep, we discovered our sheets were dirty.
Most of us would expect the reception to answer the phone in that situation. Not here. After calling for over 10 minutes, there was still no answer.
We had to physically go down to the reception. Where we eventually got a clean sheet with which we had to make our own bed.
So. If you want clean sheets, pick another hotel.
Room tip: If you want a clean bed, avoid this hotel

The shower sink is overflowing and there are insects (mosquitoes) and disturbance from the rooms, meaning there is no insulation. Also, there are maintenance works, and they work from 9 am, which causes daily inconvenience. We spoke with the reception, and they told us that they could not do anything.

The location was perfect, the hotel has verry nice and clean rooms, good comfy beds and and great breakfast. At the top off the hotel they have a bar, verry nice. The people were verry helpfull and friendly. We will absolutely return next time we visit Barcelona.
