Not accommodating for changes in booking date from one Friday to another. Super disappointing as this was a very simple booking request. I will not be staying at this place in the future, a little help is all that was needed to make this trip a success for my family.

We love about this hotel is the rooms overlooking la rambla . This time we stayed on 3rd floor , with a little balcony but big enough to fit a table and two chairs - great for breakfast (which we did ).
The rooms do get noisy from the street but it doesn’t bother us at all .
Two negatives:
- lifts are very slow lifts which you have to wait for ages during rush hours- sometimes there is a queue :(
- room supplies and cleaning are limited. You get what you pay for in a 4 star hotel . For example they couldn’t give us slippers as the next delivery will be in the following week.
I wanted to cut down one star from the overall rating but honestly speaking the above issues didn’t really cause us any issue.

Just back from a trip to Barcelona, stayed here and it was wonderful. Immaculate!! I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff. Everyone was SO helpful and kind always patient when answering questions. The young guy bartender at the rooftop bar was excellent, perfect service. The Buffet (wow) was much more than i expected. My only complaint is that the Bed was VERY firm (not to my liking). It's in a perfect location to walk to many things. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. Plaza Catalunya - from which you can take a bus to every point of interest, is 5 minutes away . Aerobus (transport to and from airport €7.25 each way) also drops you off there. The rooms and the bathroom are spacious . Didn’t have much interaction with the staff but they all seemed pleasant. Definitely would stay here again.
