My girlfriend booked me a early birthday present to Barcelona catalunya for 2 nights at Pension. While I was so excited to be back in Barcelona we came across a few issues with our hotel that we wanted to stay at. The hotel was beautiful from outside but inside was horrible. As I am a wheelchair user having independent access is important to me. We found out that stated it was disabled friendly became a disabled nightmare entrance difficult to manage then the lift was too small for my chair. So my girlfriend had to walk upstairs to reception to request help. The receptionist came down and told us that he came with idea. Meaning a normal chair was being put in the lift to take me up to the reception. Once we got to the reception me and my girlfriend decided it be best that we find another hotel has told the receptionist that the building is fire and health has the building was infested with mold and wires hanginging out. This hotel is bad for anyone who is considering staying at pension currently or in the future. We managed to get our money back and found a far better hotel to stay at.

Liars, they don't have respect at all. Bad experience.

I’ve been in this hotel for 4 night in a double room, nice room and bathroom to share with other rooms, price cheap in comparison with the other hotel in city!
Staff very good and available for every request !
Nice location at 5 min to ‘La Rambla’ and ‘Port Vell’ and only 10 min to walk to the beach !
I recommend this hotel for a nice holiday in Barcelona, enjoy !
