Nothing like the pictures very small room. Not a good way to start my birthday. My window view is the hotel wall.. not a good way to spend my birthday. The staff are very nice and pleasant. Supposed to be a very special day for me. It turned out not to be.

I could not recommend this hotel enough ! The staff are very professional and the rooms are very clean. I would like to personally say that Adam was brilliant and helped us with our stay. He helped recommend where to eat and ordered our taxis. He also carried our bags and always had a chat with us when we walked through reception. What a brilliant member of staff he made our stay a 5 star experience.

This is a super hotel. The rooms are very modern, clean, and quiet. The best part is the amazing staff. They helped us many times with travel information, calling cabs, directions, and other things. They were all very friendly, attentive, and asked us if we needed help every time we went by the front desk.
The location is super convenient to everything you want in Barcelona and the hotel is on a quaint, small, quiet street. The hotel has many amenities and is very comfortable - but the best part was the super friendly people who work here and their excellent service. We definitely would stay here again.

Hotels in Barcelona are generally expensive, but this hotel is located at very nice area, has good staff, and warm hospitality.
We stayed this hotel for two nights before our European cruise. We arrived there about 2:00 pm and they let us early check in. All hotel staff were very friendly and professional, especially Adam who gave us a hotel tour and helped us to find a good restaurant around there.
There are so many good sightseeing places within walking distance; Palace of Catalan Music (4 minutes walk), Barcelona Cathedral (5 mins), Parc de la Ciutadella (13 mins), Casa Batlló (15 mins), Casa Milà (22 mins), Palau Güell (13 mins), Passeig de Gracia, Mercat de la Boqueria (10 mins), Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, etc... Even though we took a taxi to Sagrada Familia, it takes 35 minutes by walking. The closest sightseeing spot, I believe, is Palace of Catalan Music ( only 4 minutes by walking) and a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Their complimentary breakfast buffet was very good and I enjoyed their omelet. We ate dinner at two restaurants; 4 Gats (2 minutes walk) and RAÓ Restaurant (8 mins). Both restaurants were excellent.
We will go back to Barcelona and stay this hotel for sure !

Family trip for a long weekend. Hotel in situated centrally in a beautiful location. The hotel itself is stunning and so well presented. The staff are the main asset here. All so friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room, we loved the rooftop terrace where the pool and bar were located. I left my mobile phone in a tact at the airport and the hotel arranged for it ot be shipped back. Will definitely be back!
