Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay at our hotel. We are glad to hear that you appreciated our staff, breakfast buffet, and the design of our rooms.
We understand that your experience was a mix of positives and negatives, and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you faced. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, and we regret that, as you mention, we did not meet your expectations in some aspects this time.
The first request that we understood on your reservation was that you prefered the highest possible floor and for this reason we prepared one room for you in the 5th floor. Then you informed us that this floor was very noisy for your stay, so we changed to the 4rth floor. Refering the aircon I remember that we fixed through the reception but you had also an air control inside the room that our colleague Josh checked that was inverted on heat mode.
I agree with you that maybe this was not the type of hotel that you was looking for your holidays, this is a little boutique hotel and for the size and structure, maybe we had not all that you previously were expecting. We also humbly learn not to like, even if it is hard.
In any way, we want to assure you that we take all feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve our services and facilities.
