Just finished up another work trip with another amazing stay at the AMS Airport Sheraton from check in to checkout, thanks largely in part to Antonio at the front desk. He always greets my colleagues and I wonderfully and does whatever he can to make our stays as comfortable as possible. He isn’t alone though. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful through the hotel.

I came here for lunch with my colleague and the food was really great!!! and Karan's service was also very good, he told me he is 16 but he already acts like an adult, thank you Karan!
the view is also very beautiful if I ever come back to the Netherlands I will definitely go to this hotel again!

Except for the view, you would not know you are in the airport. Wonderful soundproofing. Modern, clean, large, comfortable room. Well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. And all literally in the airport terminal. Why can you not get a map of Amsterdam, though?

We were so glad to have booked the Sheraton as our plane arrived around midnight.
Was better to have a good night sleep and was so convenient.
So tired from Thailand flight.
Very good breakfast and staffs very friendly.
View from our room window in a rainy morning but we are going home in a couple hours.
We will come again as Schiphol is our hub for our trip.

Conveniently located a short walk via a covered walkway to the Main Terminal of the Schiphol Airport. The hotel is less than 20 minutes by train or tram from the Main Terminal at Schipol to the city. By car it takes even less time if traffic is good. Stayed one night for an early flight, moving out from a hotel in the city.
Check in was courteous and efficient. Got upgraded to a suite as a Bonvoy Platinum member and offered complimentary breakfast and gift of 1000 points. The hotel has an atrium and looks brand new after a renovation. Public areas and room were very clean.
Sheraton Club had nice finger foods and ample selection of beverages. There was a very helpful receptionist on premises. The lounge was way better than the Sheraton CDG for example.
Had dinner and breakfast at Stripes Restaurant. Diner was very busy and service slow. Breakfast buffet had ample choice and service was attentive. Had a nice omelet made to order from the eggs station.
Would stay again if opportunity arises.
