Run down rooms Fridge empty. No water provided in room upon arrival. Bath and shower in terrible condition. No answer when calling reception and concierge at 6:30am to find out if gym was open. Printing papers on provided guest computers did not work. Bed was good. Price far too high for what is provided.
I normally stay in DT Amsterdam but had a flight out the next day so decided to stay close to the airport for early flight the next morning. My first time to this Sheraton and the location was perfect. Right outside the exit hall from baggage claim and just a minute walk across the street. I got in at 9:am and they had no issues checking me in early. The location as extremely convenient to the airport (walkway to the airport on 2nd level) and the Train station - The staff was wonderful and they do offer breakfast and have a very nice restaurant. I did stay during the Holland lockdown so places closed early.
I would stay here again anytime as worth the convenience!
The hotel is very well situated just outside the arrivals at Schipol Airport. The first room still had hairs in the sink, so for that reason I have given it 3 stars. When I asked to change rooms the receptionist was'nt the most helpful! The second room was clean and comfortable. I had room service which came quite quickly (after I managed to get through) and was very tasty. I slept very well and will be staying again in the near future.

Convenient overnight transit
The room was large and spacious. Good service and professional.
The restaurant is very well served and supplied. The hotel is very conveniently located opposite the airport. There is a secure walkway through the train station. You can easily reach the city center by train.
Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient.

We had such a difficult travel experience but thankfully they made us feel so welcome and comfortable! Laila greeted us and we were so grateful for an early check in. The room was so clean! The room was updated and so clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on in a hotel! Good job! One thing I was surprised with was how quiet the rooms were. We were on second floor facing the airport and I expected more traffic noise but I did not hear anything! The hotel was easy to find and was literally a 2 min walk away, which means it is also very accessible to the train (train is very easy to find and use in the city). We were able to enjoy breakfast as well and it was so tasty, what a good omelet! Just a good experience overall! We will be back if ever traveling through!
