We are very sorry to read that it was not completely clear where our entrance is. It has indeed been temporarily moved to street level, we hope to have our old entrance back in September. We have put signage out to inform our guests of the change, and the information has been updated on our website. However, your feedback will definitely be shared with our team so they can check the information and make it more clear.
We are saddened to hear your comments about our hotel rooms. We are currently in the middle in a renovation of all our rooms. On a more positive note, I am very happy to read that our staff gave you a very warm welcome.
