I used this hotel to stay one night as I arrived quite late, before next day drive to Jasper. Usual great Hampton hospitality and the free breakfast.
I booked cheapest room which apparently had whirlpool bath, but had no chance to try it.
Recommended.
Not sure who scores these place but i would one of them not to stay there but just go in and look around the only reason this hotel has clients is because its by the airport . Im in the janitorial business and i know that if my buildings looked like that i would not be in business long.
The hotel needs renovations, the carpet are dirty, furniture does not seems in place, the pool was dirty and there was no towel. I requested towel but its almost closing and did not come need to ask another time.The wall paper is peeling,t he tub looks old
Great location close to EIA with appropriate amenities and great staff. The hotel could use renovation considerations especially the replacement of flooring on all levels. Is is significantly outdated/worn and dirty.
The rooms were ok, but rather dark. Not a problem for a one night stay. The problem was the totally inadequate complimentary breakfast. Who has ever heard of a buffet breakfast with nothing to toast? No bread, bagels or anything for putting in the toaster which was provided. The oatmeal looked like gruel as it was so unappealingly runny. Very disappointing.
