The room did not have any recycling bin and the breakfast containers were styrofoam, despite the hotel being "eco-certified". The daily breakfast provided creates SO MUCH waste.
There are very few parking spots with plug-ins that aren't already filled by vehicles being parked for long-term. It was -30 and I had to park in the back row without a plug in.
The dresser in the room was broken.
Breakfast was incredibly limited and served lukewarm and some of the staff handling the breakfast food during set up were not wearing any masks at all, despite provincial, national, and hotel requirements.
