Worst service and employees I ever seen at a hotel. Trying to say they would call the cops on my wife for no apparent reason BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP ON THE DATES I BOOKED FOR. 0/10 never stay at this hotel

I normally am not the type of person who likes to complain, but this case is so extreme I only feel it’s my obligation to warn everyone of what kind of behaviour and treatment that goes on in this hotel so they don’t have to go through it. As a business owner myself I never in a Million years have been treated so poorly and I have never seen management act so unprofessional, disrespectful, inappropriate and immature. The one male manager inappropriately makes passes at his customers , and when they do not respond in favour to this, he harasses them, threatens them literally, and goes out of his way to make the stay a nightmare. I spent 2500.00 staying at this hotel as for I own a Computer Software Company and travel 75%of the year. The management refused to comply with my suit upgrade I’m entitled to with my Diamond Status WIth the Wyndham Rewards Program. Then once management found out I made a complaint about his inappropriate behaviour towards me , he realized he was in trouble so instead of apologizing he and the staff made horrible untrue accusations against the gentlemen with me, claiming he was rude to the staff I which he was ABSOLUTELY not! Then they took it even further to have him removed from the property , saying they will call the police if he tries to come back and telling me to check out the next day. Then when I tell them I need his help to pack up since I have been there for 3 weeks and have many heavy computers and bags to carry ( and cannot on my own for I have Degenerate Disk Disorder) they refuse to let him come back to help , retrieve his own baggage and then when I ask front desk to help me , they refuse and say they can’t leave the front desk! The manager threatened the gentleman with me , and when ask if it was a threat, the manager says “ You don’t want to know what I am capable of doing! I’ve never been treated or disrespected so poorly. I have never had issues in any other hotel or dreamed this kind of treatment existed ! I’m beyond horrified by this experience. I ABSOLUTELY donNOT recommend this hotel and it unprofessional conduct !!
