We found a pair of socks in the bed and they weren’t ours!! Also dried blood on the sheets. This is unacceptable! Don’t think the sheets were changed between guests. Front desk fellow was nice and got us another room. Don’t think we will stay here again unless we get some compensation.
Lovely place to stay, we had a suite with a fireplace that was close a few great restaurants.
Some restaurants were walking distance from the hotel, getting to the downtown was close by as well. Great shops
Great place to stay with adequate breakfast buffet included. It was clean and room was quiet even with hockey group staying. We stayed in a King room overlooking Home Depot loading dock and that was ok with blackout drapes. Next time we would upgrade to the suite which also provides a couch sitting area. Our room was clean but we prefer choice of pillows for comfort and bed was a bit high for our liking.Overall a great hotel and close to all of central Collingwood amenities.
This is a good place to stay. Convenient location. Room was very comfortable. Check in was smooth. Did not try the breakfast but it looked good. There were large groups staying but we were not impacted by them. Quiet for sleeping.

Rooms were spacious & clean, pool was clean but small, breakfast didn’t have many options- but the coffee was great! Right beside the metro & Starbucks, so that was helpful for picking up snacks, etc.
