We had a good friend connect us with various hotels and we chose this one. It was a great choice. It’s surrounded by great amenities and it was placed well between collingwood and wasaga beach. We had a great experience. I would go again and definitely appreciate the staff once again
We booked this comfort inn online for one night after a birthday visit to the Scandinavian spa in blue Mountain, We didn’t want to drive home in Winter weather during the dark,
the location was perfect and the price was great PLUS you get FREE breakfast,
It didn’t disappoint, The room was clean and the bathroom spotless with great amenities xx
I have to say that the staff went above and beyond, super friendly, very helpful and kind, in particular a lovely young lady called Anita helped me with my bags and really welcomed me when she knew it was my birthday.,
We were part of a large group that were cross country skiing in the area. Found the rooms very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and plentiful with a good selection. The location was very close to grocery stores as well as many restaurants.
On the positive side, the staff is friendly, the location is convenient for Blue Mountain skiers, and the breakfast selections are good. However, this is an old hotel. The walls are thin, so you can hear quiet conversation from adjoining rooms. You can only touch up paint and caulking for so long before deciding that a complete makeover is needed. This should be a $99/night hotel, but the charge is higher because of the proximity to Blue Mountain.
We booked by telephone for a 1 night stay for a family event. The staff member during that phone call was very helpful and courteous. The room was newly decorated, very clean, and the carpets replaced with laminate flooring - so much cleaner and easily kept clean - thank you for the new room design! Bedding was all new, draperies new, bathroom up to date and very clean.
The comp breakfast was good, no complaints from us at all.
The staff were attentive and extremely nice to talk to.
