Room not vacuumed. Chips etc on carpet beside and under beds.
No stoppers for sink and bathtub.
Room partially dusted.
Who has laundry all over the tables and counters in dining room all the time except when serving breakfast???
Loved this motel last 2 visits but won't be back.

Make sure that you get your credit card and license xerox back, Don’t know how they are going to handle my personal and sensitive information. Rest all is good and Ahmazing. Breakfast is amazing and tasty. Beds were comfortable.

I love the fact that you can actually open a window in this hotel. The weather was perfect, so I hate hotels that have the windows fixed shut. I slept like a log for about 9 hours. I also found the room perfect for me, my sewing machine, and my quilting projects. Much appreciated!!

While on a random road trip we googled pet friendly hotels to spend the night at. We found this hotel and booked through Expedia. Upon arrival a note displayed on the counter read “Pet Fee $25”.
An additional charge was not noted anywhere on the Expedia site so we tried to discuss the issue with the staff present as well as the manager and were basically advised point blank - the fee is what it is, take it or cancel your reservation. Well, being we booked same day, the reservation was non refundable so we had no choice.
We travel quite a bit, my issue is not with paying the fee, (although I think $25 is a bit steep for a 15 lb dog, and Expedia should have an area that specifies what this fee is)….my issue is the rudeness we were presented with.
There are many other pet friendly hotels that we will consider next time we are in Owen Sound.

Yes, it is true we do have a pet fee for all "pet designated rooms". The fee is 20 dollars per pet per night plus tax. Expedia is a third party with autonomy and control over their own business and website content. The most I am permitted is to make them aware for when they update and design their own websites. I am sorry to hear about how the staff responded to your complaints we will follow up at our next team meeting.

Room was clean but dated. Staff was friendly. Price was okay for a motel. Access to everything was convenient. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice... the usual.
Temperature was hard to control. Tv was low def and difficult to adjust to. Place needs updates.
Would stay again.
