I have stayed at this motel a few times during the summer of 2020. It is on 10th street and near Tim Hortons and McDonalds is just down the street. There is Captain Jacks fish and chips across the street. it is in Georgian Bluffs and close to town, beaches etc. The rooms are clean and everything is comfortable. The room rates were reasonable. Despite being on a busy Main Street it is a quiet place, with a mini fridge, microwave, TW and Wifi. Beds are comfortable and so are pillows.

Once again, it was a perfect stay! We've stayed here at least 3x and every time is easy. The room had a facelift recently and was super clean. The beds are so comfortable. The shower head has a ton of water pressure. The ac blows very cold. The fridge and freezer and microwave are great to have available. Check in was fast and friendly. I love that you can just back your vehicle up to your door-super convenient. We will continue to book at this hotel wherever we're in Owen Sound!

Good value. Best feature is the independent heating in room and bathroom compared to combined cool and heat air conditioners in most motels that are very noisy when it cuts in. Walking distance to Tim Hortens and Pizza Hut.

Motel was ok. Nothing to complain about, simply a basic motel. Went in August and with taxes came in at over $200 for one night, which is double what it should be.
Staff seemed friendly.
Wifi worked ok, bed was ok, area was ok, nothing much else to say other than it was way too expensive and little other choice in Owen Sound, so simple supply and demand…..

This lovely little motel has been carefully designed to provide everything a traveler could need. The sheets were crisp and clean, the bathroom was spotless, there were plenty of electrical outlets and the easy chair was a welcome addition. I would gladly stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable motel. They have a lovely outdoor bbq area and it is also kept very clean. Friendly owners. Great location to grab food, coffee.
Only negative was the price $270/night for a motel seemed extreme, but when there are slim pickings you pay.

Horrible customer service experience. Unable to speak with anyone beyond Sam the manager who keeps hanging up phone on me. Did not stay at this hotel but was charged for one nights stay. Hotel removed other members of the party that checked in. My room was revoked without me ever checking in or staying in this hotel. I was arriving very late 2am and arrived to no key, no room, no one to speak to and was still charged. Although I was not present during any of this issues nor was I removed or spoken to by anyone from this management team in regards to being now unable to stay in room. Left me to sleep in my car at 3am. This gentleman also entered the room of a sleeping teammate who slept through the issues and was not removed during the issues. Leaving her feeling unsafe in hotel and was told too bad you cant cancel. Disgusting! Unable to come to any resolution with Sam as he just hangs up. Forced to dispute the charges as clearly this is how the hotel makes their money! AGAIN did not ever even open the door to this room and venue revoked my room and will not refund.

I got into an accident on my bike so I wanted to check into a motel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. When I asked for ice, he gave me a huge bag of ice. There is air conditioner in the room. The shower is good and there are a microwave and a fridge in the room. Bed is very comfortable and the tv has cable. I really enjoyed my 2 nights and definitely stay here if I come back to visit Owen Sound.

A renovated no frills motorcourt. Very clean, excellent beds, conveniently located. Excellent family-run business. The owners have good attention to detail. Highly recommended. Book ahead as often full.

Motel very well located, close to a lot of restaurants. Personnal at reception was very gentle and respectfull. 2x BBQ accessible to everybody. Internet wi-fi connection was very good and motel was full. The room we had was extremely clean
