I walked into this Hotel with no reservation. I was exhausted from a horrible experience at a Hotel in Kincardine and was travelling with my dog. Lisa was on the front desk and was so kind and professional. She accommodated me with a ground floor room, which had sliding glass doors with easy access to green space for my dog. The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. The lobby had coffee and breakfast was hot and enough selections for all. The location was great! Staff were friendly and I can’t say enough about how kind Lisa was when I checked in. I really hope I can get back there to explore the area and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. As a solo female I felt very safe and comfortable at this location. Highly recommend!

I have been staying at this hotel for the last year during business visits to Owen Sound. It is well kept, very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and beds. For work trips, it provides great price with excellent service and great quality for a 2 star hotel. The staff are courteous, polite and always with a smile . The rooms have the required amenities- fridge, coffee maker, iron, etc. There is coffee in the lobby from the early morning till late at night. Location is central, plenty of parking as well as EV charging stations.

Do to a glitch with hotels.com my reservation for the November 11th somehow ended up on November 6th. I only realized after asked if it could be transferred to the 11th. I was told they could if approved give a refund so I booked another reservation for the 11th. They refused a refund and or a credit for another date. I will never stay at a comfort inn again. Not only have they lost my business but my families and friends. We visit a lot as my sone is stationed in the Meaford Military base. I am so disappointed with the way the hotel handled this problem. I was trying to become a customer of comfort inn again but now..........
