We came up to spend the weekend for my wife's hospital procedure in September and wanted to give special thanks for the hospitality I felt staying here. The place was clean, the front desk was very warm and welcoming and while there was a lot of noise and inappropriate behaviour that weekend, it was due to rowdy guests that I think came for an adult hockey league match as well. I complained to the front desk as we had our kids with us and believed this to a family friendly place and am really happy with how they managed it, even having those rude and inconsiderate guests removed (with the help of police) when they did not respect the rules of the motel. I would highly recommend staying here, I felt safe and respected.

My husband and I have stayed at many hotels and have never been treated so poorly by the manager Sam. He’s rude calls people names and is a scammer. Be careful of charges on your credit card. He will charge your card then call the cops and have you removed saying you’re harassing him and not refund charges. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

If I could give this place a big fat 0 I would.
Save urself the headache of the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to.
The owner is a scammer and a drunk. He literally had us removed from the hotel at 12:30am because we went to investigate him screaming and yelling at another group of girls who were there for a baseball tournament. He chose to use sexist remarks and name calling instead of a friendly conversation that would not have escalated to the cops coming.
Needless to say this man should not be operating a business that deals with the public and here’s fair warning u will not get ur money back when he kicks u out with absolutely no cause in the middle of the night.
