A very expensive hotel room for what you really receive. The room had a very musty smell, the beds are all and the mattresses were the must uncomfortable that I've ever use. My back was killing me the next morning,

My stay at the Canmore Rocky Mountain Inn was very pleasant. The wine and cheese was a very nice touch and the ambiance was very cozy. It would love to return in the near future as the room rate was competitive and the Alberta discount a nice surprise!

We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. The service there was fantastic! Super friendly staff! We had a couple technical difficulties but the staff were friendly and were able to fix the issues no problem! They made our trip so easy and delightful! Will be staying again

Location is perfect, if you want to walk around the town. All amenities in walking distance. Awesome mountain view. Clean rooms and comfy stay! Very easy check in and out! Plentiful of parking available. A.C is there.

Soap bar stuck on lid of waterfall jacuzzi from previous guest
Ac system didn't work and smelled of burning electricity when trying to turn on
Soap film on bathtub ledge I scrapped off with my finger.
Been coming to Canmore for 8 years, worst hotel yet.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the Internet. The rooms are dated and the bathrooms are something out of the 1970s and have not been redone since the 1970s. I think if you were paying less than $100 a night for the room that would be acceptable but for $250 a night it was shameful. It’s completely miss representative in terms of their website description
