The stuff is wonderful our room was immaculate. Overall atmosphere was comforting. To look out our living room and master bedroom king size bed what's the golf course. It was just a peaceful atmosphere overall and The View was immaculate

I stayed here for a night during a layover and the hotel is nice and clean. The front desk staff were super kind and friendly.
They offer free shuttles to the airport so that was great.
The only thing I’d say is there’s no much around, so buy so food and beverages at the airport and take it to the hotel. They offer a couple of snacks, but not much more.

Hospitable Staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, good location
Full kitchen a plus. There also was a nice pool and gym area. Will stay at this brand again. About 25 minutes from Downtown Toronto (Eaton Centre, Kensington Square, and more). Many stores and restaurants less than 10 minutes drive away.

Had a 2 weeks stay at this location and the customer service and experience factor was top notch. Managers & staff were always going out of their way to do their best to make sure we felt at ease and at home. Special shout-outs to MICHAEL YUN, GURPREET, ANKIT THAKUR, RAHILA & CALEB for taking care of us so nicely.

This Homewood Suites is outdated and not that clean. I noticed upon entering my room that the floor was not vacuumed, the kitchen and bathroom counters were dirty and the floors in the bathroom and kitchen were filthy. There were debris on the floor, dust everywhere, and including food left in the refrigerator from previous guests.
I basically vacuumed and clean my own room. I had to wipe everything down with Clorox Disinfectant wipes and Lysol spray. There is no way they thoroughly clean rooms between guests. Even the back of the toilet had dried up urine on it. Gross!
The positives are the location, free parking, nice staff, and spacious rooms.
If you do not mind cleaning your room, then this is the place for you. Also, the hotel is in desperate need of updating their rooms. I will never stay here again and I will not recommend it.
I am a Hilton Diamond member. I can honestly say the Hilton brand is going downhill.
