Located in a beautiful neighborhood next to Spring Garden Street with all its restaurants and shops and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Halifax Boardwalk. The B&B appears partially purpose built with many rooms. Our room 307 was in the back and very quiet. There is a coffee pot, refrigerator and dining table in the good sized room. There is a grocery a few blocks away and a microwave in the lounge. Continental breakfast is served in the front room. The staff we met - Marie and Makeesha were outstanding. They made our stay so much more enjoyable! As stated by other reviewers, a pending charge of $50 is added to your credit card to cover any potential damages but is not charged at check out if all is well. There is also parking behind the building for an additional $13.80 charge per night. If you plan on taking your car out and about it is more economical than parking in the hospital parking lot which is located right across the street. If parking is booked behind the B&B, the hospital parking is you best alternative and as stated, just across the street.

I’ve been staying in this particular Inn at least 4 times a year since 2015. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel at home. They have went above and beyond many, many times. The inn is beautiful , clean , safe and is steps away from hospitals and downtown Halifax! If you’re looking for a place to stay- stay here! Simply amazing!

This charming boutique Inn is located close to Spring Garden Road and the hospitals. One of my main criteria for hotels is the cleanliness and this place meet all my expectations. The staff were very informative about the area and able to recommend several great places to eat at. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely staff - recommended a great restaurant to eat at (The Bicycle Thief). Very good breakfast available. Room was nice but a bit warm. Nice sized washroom and the bed was very comfortable - slept really well. I had a meeting the next day at the hospital so great to have just a short walk to get there!
Room tip: Not sure if this Inn is accessible - no elevator as it is an old house.
