Rated two for the following reasons
Clean rooms - yes
Overall cleanliness . No! Busy weekend , full of guests mainly families . Wet floors even in the lobby from people using the swimming pool. Dirty Breakfast room with dirty floors with no one wiping down tables , sweeping the floor . One family had to sit in a table with a pile of cheerios on the floor due to lack of tables . Two staff members standing by the kitchen door , one having coffee. One staff was clearing out as much as she can .
. On our second morning , Sunday , they run out of food at 9:00 am. One staff put uncooked oats with hot water to refill the porridge container. Of course , it remained uncooked. Still dirty tables and floors.
Third morning - less guests . breakfast was better but still the floors remained dirty . One friendly staff member explained weekends can be busy from sports groups and staff being absent and they are not allowed to mop floors when guests are around .
Whirlpool - slimy ! ( Front desk said pool and whirlpool were cleaned from
Noon to 3 pm everyday ) .
Bed Comfort - No , mattress was too soft , it was uncomfortable ( we stayed three nights )
Room Entertainment - TV had limited channels .
Staff - polite
Location - great for shoppers
Price - overpriced . The hotel did not meet our expectations of a comfortable and clean stay . This is the first time we had to pay $150 refundable deposit on a Hilton before .
Will we return ? Absolutely not .
