the fridge door was broken and the air conditioner is loud to have a quiet sleep. The hotel surprise you at check in and demand a deposit ( make wonder for what!!!!!!!)which never mentioned on their website and which they keep for 3 days before they refund it.

We apologize for the issues you encountered in your room. All hotels in Winnipeg ask for a damage deposit from their guest. The refund is released upon check out. We release it immediately, the bank determines when they release it on their side. Thank you!
We had a great experience thorough check in and check out. Staff were very friendly and kind. They just don’t let you down, try their best to help in all steps of your accommodation. It s been a while our company booking this hotel for its employees and they have been the best so far in all aspects of their service and facilities.

This was a very nice stay where my family were able to visit with each other and enjoy comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed our stay as we have been coming to this hotel since I was a kid and have always used it as a comparison for other places. The pool areas is what we always come for hands down. I hope they never change that part of the place!

Based on our needs the location was perfected as it allowed us to get to other activities avoiding major traffic.. It was disappointing that there was no more full operating restaurant, lounge and bowling.
Room was very clean, yes quiet
What we liked was the price it made it affordable for us to travel

The main part of the room was fine. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom floor had broken and missing grout that looked dirty and there was a big hole in the wall. This really turned us off. We were just there for the night as we travelled to Ontario
