The motel is clean and comfortable. The check-in is quick and easy. I never got to try the breakfast, but fellow patrons said it was very good.

The rooms were very clean and COVID safe, even the tv remote was wrapped in plastic bag, washroom was very clean with fresh towels and other essential. Fridge and microwave were in the room and were cleaned. The staff was very friendly and always had face masks on, hand sensitizer were available through out the hotel. We had asked for 4-5 hrs early check in and the staff was more than happy to provide us with the early check in. Thank you to all the staff members. Keep up the good work guys. 😷

When we travel through Winnipeg we always stay at this hotel. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean. It is well located for us being on the perimeter. It is convenient having a sliding glass door to the room as an option if people have items to move in and out. To us it now feels a bit like home away from home.

First timers here in town for a Bombers game. Booked a suite in an adjacent building that used to be a restaurant; after check in the hallway in that building absolutely reeked of stale smoke; you could not leave your room door open! Room was nice with a great bed and newer sheets and comforter; big bathroom. McDonalds within walking distance and Trans Canada Highway is right there.. The advertised breakfast was non-existent with just coffee put out; coffee was not good at all so we ended up going for a sit down breakfast elsewhere.. Despite these two issues, we would likely stay again or perhaps try somewhere else when in town..

We are 100% non smoking but at the time you were here it seems there was someone smoking in your building. Unfor. we do not have our hot breakfast back as yet but upon check in you would have been given a breakfast paper with your keys showing our breakfast options which are available at the front desk daily. I am sorry for the confusion, maybe one day everything will be back to normal.

I booked a room at this location to have a night’s rest while driving across Canada. This hotel is conveniently located near the highway and food establishments. After a long day of driving we arrived at this hotel for the night. I found the bed had been made up; however clearly not changed. There were many hairs on the sheets and the bedspread. The gentleman working at the front desk came down to see it and immediately brought fresh linens. Changing the bed was the last thing I felt like doing after a day of driving. When I travel, I always bring cleaning wipes and do my own surface clean, especially since COVID. I was mortified to see how dirty the wipes were after wiping off the desk and counter. It was bad enough that I brought the wipes to the front desk to show the gentleman working. If it wasn’t for the apologies and pleasant demeanour of the gentleman working at the front desk I would have packed up and left. Unfortunately, someone not doing their job can reflect negatively on the whole establishment. I would highly recommend management doing regular checks. I do have to say once settled the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There is an odour of stale cigarette smoke, likely from people smoking outside the patio doors. All of the front staff were very pleasant. This was the first Choice Hotel that I was actually acknowledged as a Diamond member. I can’t speak about breakfast options as I was gone early. Would I stay again, no. The manager did reverse my charges for the inconvenience.

I was delighted by Dale, the front desk agent and his general manager (I forgot her name). They went above and beyond for me as I had a special circumstance, and in doing so were both gracious and very pleasant. Also to note that this is a pet friendly location and I found it a nice touch to have the walkout suites directly to the parking lots/green spaces available for pet owners.

Great little hotel. We were able to bring our dog for a small pet fee. There are patio doors leading right into the parking lot so we were able to bring her directly into the room. Will definitely visit again!

Due to an unfortunate situation at home I had to rent a “pet friendly” hotel while the industrial fans were drying the water damage. I was very pleased with the Comfort Inn. I had a very quiet location in the back of the hotel. The sliding doors made it perfect for taking your pet outside to the grassy area. Easy access to my car for unloading and loading with the parking space right outside the sliding door. Could not hear the neighbours next door. The cleaning staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made my bad situation a very pleasant weekend.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great stay. For a lower priced hotel the place was very clean, comfortable and worked out very well for my work office when I returned each day. This hotel is also located very close to many restaurants, bars, highway so easy to get to places outside the hotel.

We had a pet friendly room (big dog) and as such the room had a bit of an odor to it, I think this is completely unavoidable for such a room. I suggest replacing the carpet with a tile floor when renovation time comes. We loved that we were ground floor, patio doors, easy to get in and out for our pet. Good parking for our car/trailer rig. We did not partake of the breakfast since we left too early, but what I saw looked good! I would stay here again.
